We ship across the GCC — UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Oman.

Shipping Rates

UAE

  • Below AED 200 — AED 10 flat fee
  • AED 200 and above — Free

KSA, Bahrain, Kuwait & Oman

  • Below AED 300 — AED 35 flat fee
  • AED 300 and above — Free

Delivery within 1–2 business days for UAE. GCC deliveries typically arrive within 3–5 business days.

Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout. No code needed.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's what you need to know.

What's Eligible

Unworn, unwashed items with tags attached — eligible within 7 days of delivery.

Worn or washed items — not eligible.

Sale items — not eligible.

Wrong item received — contact us immediately.

How to Return

Contact us via WhatsApp +971 56 806 4455 or email (hello@nomaix.com) with your order number and reason. Do not send items back without confirmation from us first.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item, back to your original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or bank transfer.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the size you need.

  • Customer bears return shipping cost
  • Exchange is shipped back to you free of charge by NOMAiX
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability
  • If the size is not available, we'll issue store credit or a full refund
  • Exchange items must be unworn, unwashed, and have tags attached

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Return shipping for defective items is covered by NOMAiX.
