Orders
How do I place an order?
Browse our collection, select your size and color, and add to cart. Checkout via secure payment — we accept all major cards and Tabby/Tamara for buy now, pay later.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp or email. If your order hasn't been dispatched, we can usually cancel or amend it. Once shipped, we can no longer make changes.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes — you'll receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order, and a second email with tracking details once it ships. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.
Do you offer buy now, pay later?
Yes. We support Tabby and Tamara at checkout. Select your preferred option during payment.
Products
What fabric do you use?
All NOMAiX tees are made from 260 GSM cotton — heavier than average, designed to hold its structure, drape well, and last. This is not thin, fast-fashion cotton.
How do your tees fit?
Our tees are oversized fit. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing down. The fit is intentionally wide through the shoulders with a slightly dropped hem. Check the size guide on each product page for exact measurements.
How should I wash my NOMAiX tee?
Cold wash, inside out, on a gentle cycle. Air dry where possible — avoid tumble drying on high heat. Do not iron directly on the print.
Will you restock sold-out items?
Possibly. Follow us on Instagram @nomaix_ to be the first to know about restocks and new drops. Some designs are limited and may not return.

Where do you ship?
We ship across the GCC — UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Oman.
How long does delivery take?
UAE orders arrive within 1–2 business days after dispatch. GCC orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days. Orders are processed same day or next business day depending on order placement time.
What are the shipping rates?
UAE:
- Below AED 200 — AED 10 flat fee
- AED 200 and above — Free
KSA, Bahrain, Kuwait & Oman:
- Below AED 300 — AED 35 flat fee
- AED 300 and above — Free
Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout. No code needed.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. Sale items are non-refundable.
How do I start a return?
Contact us via WhatsApp +971 56 806 4455 or email hello@nomaix.com with your order number and reason. Do not send items back without confirmation from us first.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your returned item, back to your original payment method.
